What is the Meeting of Music Schools in Mytilene about?
The Meeting of Music Schools is a major cultural and educational celebration held every spring in Lesvos. It gathers hundreds of students and teachers from music schools throughout Greece and abroad. During its course, the city of Mytilene is flooded with melodies through a wide range of events that includes public concerts, open rehearsals, and specialized experiential workshops in European and Traditional Music. This is not a simple artistic activity, but a meeting of inclusion and intercultural dialogue.
Targeting and the deeper connection with active citizenship
