We see a school as a community of learners. A group of people who support each other in their collective and individual learning. They are cooperative and can work productively together.

Our  school as a community where everyone matters, the relationship between pupils and teachers is important, there are opportunities, development is possible and equality, cooperation, openness and sincerity are a basis. Where people work from within (Homan, 2006), with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, team development and inspiration. Where the emphasis on collaboration is not based on hierarchy, but on horizontal collaboration. Collaborating within and outside the school (Homan, 2014) in a common, professional culture in order to directly connect the collective ambition, the motivation, with learning in the school (Odenthal, 2011).
